The apartment is walkable from Kaname Metro station (which we can use the 72 hours Tokyo Metro pass, and it has direct trains to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc most of the main stations on the east side), and a bus stop with 5-mins trip to Ikebukuro Station. Everything in the apartment is clean. We had everything we need and it was like a small home for us during our stay, comfortable and quiet. There are supermarkets nearby and open up until late evenings. We didn't have any trouble finding and leaving the property. The host was super nice. We were not able to find the keys to the apartment and had to post it from the airport, and the host didn't complain to us and was kind enought to accomodate the cleaning and waiting for the keys to be delivered. Thank you for taking care of us in Tokyo.

It required to fill a form before we could get the keys, but Google form was not accessable from China. As a result, we had to do it on the way to the apartment in the train, which created a bit of worried. Luckily, the host was nice enough to provide us the key information as soon as the forms were filled. It'd be great to have alternative options rather than Google Form for guest from China in the future like emails.
