Safety - there is a community gate that needs to be access with codes. Then for the actual keys to the apartment, it was a lock box with easy access to the key. The place is CLEAN and they provided us ample amount of supplies for our 2-3 weeks stay. We didn't have to worry about buying any toilet paper or dish washing soap or any household items while we were there. The space is awesome for two person and can house 4 as they offer a sofa bed and a double bed. Plus a full dinning set for four - the classic wood set from Ikea. It was only 2 stations away from Namba, Dotonbori. - quiet area without the crowds but just close enough to get all the sightseeing you want. PLUS, its 3 mins walk from a LIFE market -if you know, you know. Overall, this was the best place i stayed at during my 1.5 months adventure in Japan.

maybe - when they are ready , can change to electronic/ touch screen locks. that way the owner can set a new password for each guests after they leave and guests don't have to worry about losing the key or forgetting to bring the key with them in and out.

The host responded to my questions very quickly. There is a very good grocery store close by the apartment. It is walking distance from the metro station. Apartment was clean.

最初入り方が分からなかった。清掃費が最初の宿泊表示に入ってなくて金額を誤解した。洗濯槽にシーツ等が洗わずに溜まっていた。
