チェックインをしてすぐに生活が始められる点。調味料や食器類が揃っていたので便利だった。洗濯機も備わっており、洗剤もあった。東京に到着したのが早すぎたのと、かなり大きな荷物を持っていたので暇つぶしが難しく、アーリーチェックインについて伺ったところ、快く対応してくれた。

コンビニとスーパーの最寄りでコインパーキングも隣にあってよいロケーションでした。品川水族館のすぐ近くです。お部屋は清潔でエレベーターもありよかったです。

キッチンありますが、食器があまりなかったので、もう少し置いていただけるとありがたいです。特にマグカップ。あとキッチンスポンジも。。。些細なことですが(汗)

The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you need and the host was kind enough to leave some snacks and water bottles. The neighbourhood had many great supermarkets and shops nearby as well. Very easy instructions and communication with the host. They were very nice and friendly and replied quickly to any questions. I was very happy with the place and I recommend it for a quiet stay and very good value for money.

The relationship price/comfort was very good. The feeling of integration with the true city that a hotel can not give. The space in the room was bigger than i thought. Just pay a little attention to the instructions on getting the keys, it is not like a hotel

Hotel showers are better, but i know it is a trade-off for the price
