The location worked well for the purpose of our trip. The host was very responsive. The facility was clean and relatively new. Overall, I would recommend this rental. The 2 bedrooms were ideal for our family.
The kitchen didn't have some basics that would have been appreciated. (ex. a serrated knife) The temperature was quite cold (likely because basement suite) and there was no thermostat control for guests. The shower curtain was really long and posed a tripping hazard.

The bidet was a nice festure
I hate to be negative, but for a host that is aware of guests directly below them, there were, at times, very loud footsteps which indicated someone was stomping around on the floors directly above the guest quarters. This targeted aggression was also accompanied by raised volumes in voices heard, speaking in a language that I do not understand.. later I received 2 emails from the host reminding me to keep things quiet after 10pm. I did not complain about the targeted stomping, I did not want it to return.
