I particularly enjoyed the location of the house as it was very quiet and convenient to travel to and from by vehicle. The peaceful surroundings made it feel more like staying in the countryside than in a busy noisy city. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. When I contacted the caretaker, he responded promptly and took immediate action to address my concern. There was ample free street parking available and the property was conveniently located near city bus routes. My room was well equipped with a large TV offering a wide selection of channels and streaming services complementary Wi-Fi was provided and the standalone fan in my room was especially useful and appreciated. The kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven were large, clean and in excellent working condition. As a suggestion for improvement, the kitchen could benefit from a few additional bowls, more knives, and a pair of scissors for guests to use. Overall, I found the property comfortable, quiet and well maintained with responses of management and several amenities that contributed to an enjoyable stay. Note: this house is not equipped for handicapped people. All bedrooms are up 16 stairs and to enter the house you need to climb stairs as well.

During my stay, there were a couple issues with the washroom facilities, and room amenities. There was no way to dry my hands in the washroom and I had to call to request toilet paper. For safety reasons, a grab bar should be installed in the washroom. Additionally, the pillows that were provided were too flat, requiring me to purchase two of my own pillows for comfort. There was also no washcloth available for bathing. These concerns did not affect my overall comfort.

Really liked the location, it’s safe and very quiet and really close to downtown.

A better cleaning in general would have make me give a 10 on 10 review but it was not that bad
