I like that the cleaning lady came everyday and does come every day to clean up the household and to restock the toiletries and and coffee sugar and all that other stuff she was also very polite and well mannered and very friendly made us feel right at home
I did not like the fact that and I was very hard to get a hold of we cannot communicate with her and when things were going negatively at that house we could not reach her and she was the only person that we wanted to contact because who else would you want to contact when you were staying at a place like that she needs to be more available for her customers and people that are paying to stay in her home so that if they're in a dangerous or life-threatening situation they know how to handle it and we were not going to call 911

I was very impressed with owner of the house and there management team who were our hosts upon arrival they greeted us in a kindly manner. When we needed a question answered they never hesitated to answer promptly and professionally.
There was nothing I didn't like about the place my experience there was amazing first night was so amazing we stayed a few more days.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and reliable. Payment was also quick and easy, and we were able to check in asap.
The other people sharing the house (who stayed in their own private suites) were not as respectful to the other people sharing the common areas (Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom). They just did not maintain the same standard of cleanliness. The bed in our suite also wasn't as comfortable due to squeakiness every time you moved in bed, which was sleep-disrupting.
