This family first floor apartment is in the village of Lynmouth and sleeps five people in two bedrooms.

With superb sea and village views, this apartment sleeps six people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a family room with 3 single beds, two of these beds can be joined together to make a double, together with a bathroom. The apartment also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car. Flat 6 is a welcoming family base for all that there is to see and do in Devon, including quaint seaside resorts and sandy beaches. Note: First £5 pounds of electricity inc. in rent, remainder by coin meter. Care needed when using the path down to the harbour
