Location was perfect for me. Warm welcome and very friendly.

Location good, hosts were very helpful in allowing us to park our car in drive all day after arrival to save on parking fees in the town. They offered us coffee on arrival, later in the evening, and breakfast was as expected.
It would have been even better to have tea & coffee making facilities in our room. Also perhaps a small TV or radio.

Chris and Steven are warm, accommodating and gracious hosts. We love Lyme and this is a great low key option perfect for walkers as Rodali is moments away from you being able to join the South West Coast Path. It is downhill all the way to Lyme Regis seafront, but a fair punch back up again!
