No interactions with others to get key so allowed some flexibility. Everything was working in the caravan and car could be parked there. The Wetherspoons was convenient for meals.
We weren't able to book activities or passes in advance resulting in lack of availability when we got there and the cost of passes being unjustifiable. The beach was a long walk away and no facilities at the beach to permit us staying there longer.

Easy access to all the beaches & Filey, that were all in walking distance.
The facilities on site, were good on the whole and the supermarket was a God send.
The static home had an overpowering smell of stale tobacco upon arrival. It took a few hours with all the windows open & the spraying of air freshener, before it cleared. It clearly says on the rules that no smoking or vaping is allowed there, so it was obviously ignored by the previous tenant. It did spoil what would otherwise have been, a perfect stay.
