La localisation du bien (en plein centre ville d’Ajaccio et à proximité d’un arrêt de bus desservi par toutes les lignes) ; appartement moderne, propre et bien isolé ; bien équipé avec espace de rangement ; avec climatisation. Propriétaires attentionnés avec parasol à disposition et bouteille d’eau au frais pour notre arrivée.
Les nombreux étages pour accéder à l’appartement avec des marches non adaptées et pas faciles, l’odeur dans les toilettes et dans les parties communes (assez bruyantes), literies inconfortables (canapé-lit possiblement cassé), table à manger trop petite.
