Sa situation géographique; le/la propriétaire hyper réactif/ve
Le canapé lit est pas très confortable, ce qui ne m’a moi pas trop dérangée, car globetrotteuse; mais peut être un point négatif pour d’autre Et hélas, indépendant du ou de la propriétaire, forte odeur d’égouts sur la terrasse, donc je voulais pas laisser porte fenêtre ouverte ( peut-être le problème est résolu) et ne l’ai pas exploitée

Tres bien situé, très propre et mise a disposition de capsules café, ce qui est agréable au réveil!
Effectivement la lumière est peu présente mais pas si gênant. Coin cuisine très bien agencé mais compliqué de cuisiner car le canapé lit est dans cette pièce. Ce qui pourrait être gênant est la qualité du lit pour les longs séjours mais sur 2 jours c’est correct. On entend aussi très bien les voisins mais pas trop de gêne pour dormir.
