Planned for a couple or 2 friends, this large T1 of over 30 m² is an apartment is ideally located in the hyper center of Ajaccio and will charm you with its cocoon aspect. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable space as well as a separate sleeping area to preserve the privacy where you will find a cozy queen size bed (large double bed 160 * 200). Its bathroom, as for it is ideally optimized and displays pure lines for a combination of luxury and comfort.
Complement renovated in 2018 with new and quality materials, The apartment has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (air conditioning hot / cold, wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, towel dryer, dishes etc ...) . The living room has a beautiful natural exposed stone wall and an optimized lighting work has been done to compensate for the lack of natural light in the apartment.
The apartment is located in the golden triangle of Ajaccio 20 meters from the market, 3 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes walk from the museum Fesch, 5 minutes walk from the ferry and bus station etc. etc., you can not be more central!
The apartment is renovated with quality materials, we favor a clientele respectful of the property of others. The apartment will be clean on arrival and must be in the same state when you leave
2 non-cash deposit checks will be requested upon your arrival:
1 Apartment deposit check of 1000 €
1 check of cleaning deposit of 60 €
They will be returned to you when you leave the accommodation.

Appartement bien située au centre d'Ajaccio pour visiter la ville . Conforme aux photos . Je recommande . Nous avons passé une agréable semaine . Marc-Antoine est une personne sérieuse .

appart très bien situé.trop peu de vaisselle.pas de four.
pas de cuvette ou seau.pas d'aspirateur.forfait ménage imposé.dommage! nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré ces quelques manquements.
