Location was perfect for me. Not too far from all the amenities (walkable to everything). Christian was kind, professional and welcoming. He also spoke English, which was very helpful for me since I spoke some French. Free parking available right on the main street but it's more first come first serve I will definitely stay there again if I ever travel to Ajaccio.

Le prix de la nuit est imbattable, l'accueil facile et agréable, la terrasse plutôt sympa même du cote sans la vue mer
La déco est vraiment très (trop) chargée
et surtout le manque d'intimité pour deux raisons : la salle de bain commune pour au moins 2 ou 3 chambres avec les toilettes non séparées. Le manque d'insonorisation entre les pièces, notamment la dite la salle de bain
Pas facile non plus de trouver une place pour se garer,
$$$$
