The location is fine, and the building and homestay are very good. The owner is extremely friendly, and the owner's family is very helpful and supportive. The food is excellent, and overall, the stay is very comfortable.
However, the biggest drawback is the distance from the town. The property is quite far away, and travelling to town can easily take 40 minutes to an hour one way. This is something to seriously consider before booking, especially if you plan to travel frequently or need easy access to shops and other facilities.
There are very few shops or amenities nearby, so you will need to plan ahead and purchase all your essentials in one go. Frequent trips to town can be time-consuming and inconvenient.

Good people with good food. Homely people and homely fresh cooked food.
Can't get like toolkit and hotel like staying. It is totally homely staying the way stay at your home. But you can ask anything to them.
