The location, the staff was very friendly and ready to help, clean, comfortable. certainly would recommend it for work or pleasure. Easy to checkin and to get in touch with the staff.
I could not access the control of the air conditioning so there eas no way to modify the temperature.

the first thing that stands out is obviously the price and the location so any of my complaints are more of improvement suggestions, than real criticism

Location great, staff were friendly though I only communicated over the phone and didn't always get an answer to questions asked. Very cheap, decent shower and bed.
Check in and check out were more difficult than they needed to be, hair on the towels and in the bathroom, bad pillows.
I didn't feel very safe when checking in as it was all over the phone and a bit confusing. There was a door inside the room door which I couldn't lock, but which had a lock on the outside and so for peace of mind we propped it open as this felt strange.
