Kensington Olympia

We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would stay again!

Check-in process was easy. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out couch. There was a washer/dryer as well.

We were arriving earlier than check-in and needed someplace for our bags. Our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room and were given the key. When we returned for the night, the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment building situated in a quiet area not far from Kensington high street and just 1 minute walk to train which is 1 stop to shepherds bush tube, very convenient. Next door to 2 very well stocked convenience stores. Communication was excellent leading up to our stay, prompt, friendly and very helpful. Offered to get our room ready a few hours early so we didn't have to take cases into centre with us. We were greeted by a wonderful smiley, friendly guy who let us in, showed us around and explained everything in detail. Apartment was exactly like the pictures and clean. Lots of fantastic amenities. Shower was hot and decent power. WiFi was good. Massive fridge/freezer. Comfy beds. Area felt safe and local shop keepers were friendly and helpful. Its a good walk to the main busy area of Kensington but we preferred to be in a quieter bit and for around £5 we ubered to shops, or around 20 min walk. For london we felt this apartment is good value. Thankyou for a lovely stay
