Second time staying here while working in London and it was just as good as the first. The split-level layout is really unique, everything was clean, the new sofa bed is much more comfortable, and check-in was really easy. Great location just a couple of minutes from West Kensington station. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was comfortable. Actually we lived first time in an apartment. It is different than hotel stay. We missed front desk and regular housekeeping. But we have decided to have this experience also. Otherwise we are satisfied. Thanks 🙏
Our room on third floor without lift also posed difficulties for lifting heavy luggage by we senior citizens. Besides, our room was never cleaned or attended during our stay of seven nights.

Super centraal, bus en metro om de hoek. En wist ook niet dat de studio op de bovenste verdieping was. Veel trappen in 40 graden met zware baggage.
Geen toilet in de kamer maar op de gang. Zeer vermoeiend vooral als vrouw. Midden in de nacht naar de gang met groot licht naar de wc. Het was niet onveilig want overa camera’ maar helemaal niet fijn. Maar personeel Tom waren heel vriendelijk en wilde kijken als er een kamer was met wc op de kamer maar alles was volgeboekt. Maar niet fijn een volle week basically zonder wc.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming, with a great view across Kensington. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a couple of minutes from the tube with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent throughout. We would happily stay again.
