Stunning property, although it’s located in a quiet area, it’s just a few minutes walk away from lots of shops and cafés and right next to the station so it’s ideal. The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It had everything you would need for a long or short stay. Fully equipped kitchen with a nice coffee machine and complimentary coffee and miscellaneous products etc.
The staff were very friendly and very responsive and the other tenants were quiet and respectful. Will definitely be coming back again!

Logement très bien situé en zone 2 à deux minutes du métro west Kensington, des bus (west Kensington et north end road), et des commerces (petit tesco et waitrose dans la rue principale à 5 minutes et immense tesco à 15 minutes à pied vers earl’s court ) dans une rue calme et résidentielle. Très bonne communication dès la réservation et Check in et check out autonome et très facile avec les codes. Appartement numéro 4 vraiment très agréable pour une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants 9 et 15). Le lieu est accueillant, propre et la cuisine est très équipée avec micro-ondes, four, bouilloire, cafetière à capsule, bouilloire, grille-pain …). Il y a même les produits d’hygiène et une machine à laver si besoin. La décoration est moderne et le lit de la chambre est très confortable. Le canapé lit était confortable pour nos enfants en ajoutant le surmatelas. À notre arrivée il y avait une table haute avec deux fauteuils, donc compliqué pour manger le matin et le soir à 4 personnes mais Kelly qui gère l’appartement a été très réactive et efficace et nous a rapporté une table haute avec 4 tabourets et c’était super. Kelly nos a aussi fourni un torchon manquant pour la vaisselle. Après 8 jours à arpenter Londres dans tous les sens , l’appartement était un petit havre de paix en soirée. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse extérieure très mignonne mais le soir il faisait trop frais à cette période pour en profiter. L’été ce doit être très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Londres et l’appartement y est pour beaucoup.
Nous avons été surpris car pas de lavabo dans la salle de douche, juste un mini lave main.dans les toilettes. Nous avons été un peu déçus au
départ par la situation en sous sol de l’appartement mais il est très lumineux quand même. La vue depuis la chambre chaque jour sur un dépôt de gravats et déchets de travaux (rénovation dans d’autres appartements) n’est vraiment pas très jolie mais nous avons vite oublié ces détails car tout le reste était vraiment super. Sans cela c’est un 10.

The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from West Kensington station, which made getting around London really easy. The place itself was very clean and well set up, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was really comfy. Ideal for a short stay, I was only there for one night, but it worked perfectly.
Only small thing I’d say is that, like most studios, space is a bit compact but that’s expected and didn’t take away from the stay at all.
