Vaizdas pro langus - 1000 balų. Apartamentai 19 aukšte. Švaru. Patogi dvigulė lova ir miegama sofa. Kondicionierius. Yra beveik viskas, ko gali prireikti. Dušas su tualetu vienoje patalpoje, švarus, tvarkingas. Senamiestis - 1,2 km, parduotuvė už 100 m., prie pastato stotelė autobusų. Vieta - ideali, norint apžiūrėti miestą.
Nėra mikrobangės, TV nėra galimybės pasijungti prie interneto, rodo tik estiškus kanalus. Dauguma ledinių lempučių neveikiančios (po virtuvės spintelėm, hole), Baldai pabraižyti, kai kurios spintelės išklerusios, vonios dušas nepersijungia, apkalkėjęs. Žodžiu, iš pirmo žvilgsnio atrodo gražu, kol neprieini arčiau. Viską atpirko tik vaizdas pro langus. Nors, vėlgi, rytinei saulei pašvietus, pasirodė, kad žaliuzės irgi pusiau veikiančios. Vonioje padėtos svarstyklės taip pat neveikia. Trūkumai nėra kritiški, bet vis dėlto norėtųsi didesnio dėmesio ir pagarbos klientui. Parkingas TIK mokamas - 20 eur/parai.

Der Ausblick war sehr gut.
Die Wohnung war ungepflegt, nicht sauber. Die Abflüsse haben übel gerochen. Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht. Die Fugen und der Duschkopf waren dreckig. Die Küchenmöbel waren extrem abgenutzt. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht, es war nur Wäsche für 2 dort.
