Very comfortable check in (complete instructions will arrive to your mailbox before checking in). Clean premises. Very reasonable parking cost (you have to take the parking permit from your room and put it on the dashboard of your car). All necessities are there. It was my second time staying there and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
Chatter before 6AM from neighboring rooms (walls are very thin and there is no sound isolation between adjacent rooms), but this depends on your neighbours, how loud it will be. Also, I don't like memory foam mattresses at all.

Quite a good location and a room that has all basic facilities you need for a short stay.
There was much scale in the kettle; not enough sockets; no windows.
