The house itself is beautiful, and the location is satisfactory. It looks well-maintained at first glance.

Our stay was affected by several organizational and technical issues that do not match the expectations for a group of 5 adults and 1 child: Lack of Information & Privacy: It is not mentioned anywhere that the house is divided into two separate halves and you are not renting the entire property. When both sides are occupied, it becomes very uncomfortable. The neighbors' outdoor table is right next to one of the bedroom windows. The people outside have to constantly watch their volume, and anyone trying to sleep early has a hard time doing so. Pet Policy Issues: During our stay, guests with a massive German Shepherd were accommodated next door. The dog kept barking at my child and woke us up at 4:00 AM. Guests should be informed or consulted beforehand when such large animals are brought to a shared property. The Key/Electricity System: The entrance chip is welded to the electricity card, making them inseparable. If you step onto the porch and the door closes, you are locked out while the power stays on inside. We got locked out once because of this. To prevent it from happening again, we had to leave the front door wide open all night. Since there is no mosquito net, the house flooded with bugs, and the two AC units (which are only in the hallways) were practically useless. Water Temperature Issues: When water is being used simultaneously in the kitchen and bathrooms, the water temperature fluctuates violently on its own between freezing cold and scalding hot, making showering very unpleasant. Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen tools are completely insufficient for 6 people. Having only one pan, one pot, and one baking tray is not enough when guests want to prepare different meals. There wasn't even a proper set of drinking glasses, so we had to buy our own. Parking & EV Charging: The property has shaded parking spaces and a garage, but we were not allowed to use them and had to park on the street under the hot sun.
