We appreciated the seafront location and the availability of sun beds on the private beach area. Accommodation and beach were clean and maintained ok, when needed. Apartment sizes were quite generous.
The sea view apartment we booked was not available when we arrived so we stayed for half of the vacation in another one, bigger but with garden view (host adjusted the price accordingly on request). Wi-fi not working.

Very clean and new. Comfortable
Very easy walk to the beach.
Very helpful host.
Various beach bars for coffee etc nearby.
Didn’t find much in the way of tavernas for a meal locally…just one, which the food was fine.

For the price in December, this was an amazing apartment. Only a few steps from a decent beach, beautiful sunset, a host who met us and responded quickly to every text. It was perfect for our one-night stay on the way from Thessaloniki to Istanbul. There is heat and hot water and a few odds and ends in the small kitchen. Again, for the price? Amazing.
Layout puts the couch in the kitchen and the tv in the bedroom. I fear in the summer, this would be dependent on the other building guests. There is a big outdoor table within 10 feet of the bedroom window. It could be annoying.
