Alessandra was very responsive and solved all issues, i.e. wifi, washing machine. The apartment is modern, clean white walls with beautiful carpets. Great showers, too. Located just across the river from Piazza del Popolo in the Prati neighborhood and anchored on each end of the block with yummy gelato and a Starbucks (wifi upon arrival!)
An English guide to operating the cooktop and washing machine would be helpful.
