The property is well kept, beautiful, modern finishes and staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is home away from home. In a quiet neighborhood and closer to all activities such as malls, restaurants etc.

Location - close to UP
* Service: The staff was unfriendly upon arrival, and we were told we wouldn't need a gate remote because the gate was monitored by CCTV 24/7. This turned out to be untrue, which caused significant inconvenience.
* Room Condition: There was a faint, unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the bathroom door would not close properly.
* Amenities: We were only provided with one towel per room and had to specifically request a second one. The lighting was also inadequate, as there were no bedside lamps, only one main light.
* Noise: The refrigerator was very noisy and cycled on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service made for a frustrating experience.
