Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
There was no hot water in the room. We reported the problem. It seems the problem was unsuccessfully attended to - what followed was semi warm water. Next morning hot water was gone again. No real communication or follow up from staff or maintenance team on the problem.
Parking is somewhat limited.

The guest house is clean and neat. Bed was comfy.
The power that goes off every morning at 3am and doesn't come on until 6:45. With a spouse that needs to use a CPAP machine to sleep the power outage was not great. We could not make coffee before departing very early and on the two mornings we departed early we didn't even try to shower not knowing if the water would be hot. Towels need replacing - they are hard and thin.
