Here you have a great view from our terrace to the surrounding mountains. However, you do not have to do without the many amenities of a modern ski resort. The Samnaun mountain railways are 1 km away. The footpath from our holiday flat to the ski bus is one minute's walk, which will take you comfortably to the Samnaun mountain railways. In the large bedroom there is a bed (180x200cm) and a spacious sofa bed in bed quality (160x180cm lying area).Our ski cellar with ski boot heating can be reached from inside and outside.Guests can relax on the terrace with garden. We are a child-friendly house where there are also books and toys for the little ones. Our garden is fenced, perfect also for your four-legged friend. You will feel completely comfortable!Can also be booked for 7 people on request.Conditions and extrasThe visitor's tax and the final cleaning are to be paid on site.
