Location is fantastic

No soap in the bathroom for hygiene reasons. No coffee, sugar and tea sachets. It’s nice to have a cup of tea after a 24 hour flight from Australia and then a 4 hour drive. Providing these in my opinion is necessary.

Very comfortable and convenient.

Karl was an excellent host and very accommodating. Loved the location, especially with a dog. Excellent location to start hikes out the door, very comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom arrangement. Loved the included Bergbahnen with the Guestcard.

A few more glasses would have been convenient and some starting Nespresso capsules. Could think about having a few more condiments around if allowed.

Nicely renovated rooms and modern furnished. Enough space and nice balconies. Very quiet, clean and cozy. Perfect location.

So easy going. Everything had a solution. Very practical, the ski room, apartment equipment, etc. Likes the sauna (both finish and infra), no reservations needed, no limits, the owner (Karl) showed us how to operate it and said that we can use it as we like. Location was perfect as it is a ski to door (literally) and one can either ski to the cable car or take a short ski bus ride. Great location for Skitouring as at the end of the valley road and couple of snowy valleys from there. Cross Country (very short, but nice for an evening ride) just by the door. Perfect with kids as many activities at the doorstep. Rooms and bedd comfortable, kitchen well equipped and enough space even with 3 generations around.

Nothing at the property. The Musella lift is paid and the Musella carpets are OK, but very short, so certainly not for multiple days of skiing with kids. But as above, lots of other activities for kids just around.

Sehr ruhige Lage und doch in Gehminuten im Zentrum. Freie Sicht in Berge vom Balkon. Sauberes, kleines Studio, alles nötige vorhanden. Check in unkompliziert und bei Fragen war Vermieter stets Tel.erreichbar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Traumhaft schön, absolut ruhig und super sauber!

Die Ferienwohnung ist urgemütlich mit einem wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon. Sie ist absolut ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und neu, alles äußerst sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet (Grundnahrungsmittel selbst mitbringen). Die Lage in Samnaun Dorf ist perfekt, um direkt vom Haus aus zu wandern, die Bushaltestelle zu erreichen und Besorgungen zu machen. Der Check In war einfach und flexibel. Am liebsten würde ich dort einziehen!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, die sich direkt in Samnaun befindet. Der Brötchenservice ist richtig klasse. Auch das man die Bergbahn, die Busse, das Hallenbad etc. mit der Gästekarte frei nutzen kann fanden wir echt toll.

Samnaun est calme en été et la maison Madlaina est bien située. Beaucoup de randonnées possibles en été (et avec la calte hôtes vous pouvez utiliser les télécabines gratuitement, aussi du coté autrichien à Ischgl). En hiver le ski est sûrement roi.
