Always a pleasure to return

We try to return every summer because it truly feels like home. The Prinz family is always kind, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. The apartment is spotless, well cared for, and very comfortable. The location is ideal for enjoying the area, right next to the cable car. Staying here is always a real pleasure!

Very happy with our choice of ski accommodation

Great location close to lift and friendly, helpful host. Good boot room and ski store and the studio was comfortable and though small had everything we needed. It was very clean and whilst the furnishings/bathroom are dated in style, they are good quality and charming. It is a 15 minute walk or short bus ride to Dorf which has a wider selection of restaurants than Ravaisch.

It would have been even nicer to have a balcony that was sunny in the afternoon when we got back from the slopes.

Everything was as we hoped it should be

The accommodation met expectations. The host couple is nice and it spreads a family atmosphere. Being able to go out and take the skis directly down to the cabin lift 100m from there is a big plus. We will be happy to return!

Wonderful, friendly, uncomplicated

Very warm reception from Mrs. Prinz, excellent location (bus stop in front and just a few minutes walk to gondola) and very comfortable flat with lots of closet space and small hallway at entrance. There was sunshine on the balcony at the end of the day which was great to enjoy! Lots of parking space in the back. It was all in all just wonderful!

There was nothing that we did not like. As a coffee lover, I would prefer a Nespresso machine to filter coffee but that is rather uncommon to find in general.

Host extremely friendly, good location directly at the bottom of the lift, clean rooms, good storage for the ski equipment, quiet zone, well maintained ski area, little kitchen well equiped.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The location is really great. You have very easy access to the cableway, shops and restaurants, medical center, bus stop and so on. The apartment was clean, full of daylight and well equipped. Our big thanks to Mrs. Monica Prinz, who is extremely nice and available at any time! You can order from bakery and she delivers the package directly behind your doors in the morning. And one nice surprise at your arrival - bottle of wine and chocolate :-)

Perfect location

The location was perfect, right next to the Samnaun doubledecker gondola - 5 min walk. The landscape from the balcony was astonishing. The owner extremely nice and helpfull, always ready to meet our demands. Good kitchen facilities. Ski racks and boot dryer. Also, sauna is a nice bonus.

One of the best mountain holidays, absolutely perfect, hosts going out of their way to accommodate!

Brilliant location next to the skilift. High in the mountains, all covered with snow. Other parts of Samnaun reachable on foot in a beautiful walk. Cosy apartment with absolutely all you need. Quiet place, yet quite central. Great convenient parking and ski-room facilities. Fantastic bread in the morning.

Sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist extrem nah zur Talstation. Die Skibusse halten praktisch vor dem Haus - man hört aber nichts wegen der guten Schallisolierung. Selbstversorgung ist wegen der vollständig eingerichteten Küche sehr gut möglich. Die Gastgeber sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Příjemné ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě (u lanovky - cca 100 m dojezd na lyžích). Přátelští a vstřícní majitelé, čistý a dobře vybavený apartmán, možnost využití sauny (za dodatečný poplatek), bezproblémové parkování přímo u domu, možnost donášky chleba a každé ráno krásně vyhřáté lyžařské boty 🙂 Doporučujeme!
