Good location near Grand Batam Mall. Near attraction places such as massage,cafe,alfamart,indomaret ,layer cake house,spa and many more. Family room huge & cosy.

If you're travelling and focusing on your tight budget, this is the most comfortable hotel yet budget friendly. I like everything, from the facilities, the bed and pillows comfy enough, the family room spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults and a kid. They got smart TV so you can go on watching netflix. The staff were nice, attentive to your questions and needs and always smiling. They always make you feel welcome. Not to forget the design and interior is new and modern. The hotel is very strategic place where you can even walk to the Grand Batam Mall, and the places nearby where there are lot of spas and stores. With the rate I paid, yes it is all worthyyyy. If you're with a car, the parking after peak time ( morning because there's a market there) is okay. There are a lot public park, but you have to pay the parking in the morning once you go out to the man who taking care of that area (around 4,000 IDR) Thank you for the hospitality. ❤️

Maybe for some improvement to be made, The toilet especially the tiles should be clean thoroughly. The area is somehow like Chinese area. There are alot Chinese stores and pasar Penuin. Morning might be somewhat busy area. But not a problem for me but if you want like peaceful environment. Then this is not the place for you.
