Good breakfast. Location of hotel is good as lots of local F&B around. We were allowed for 1 hour late check out. Well mannered staff. thank you.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with varieties of Asian & Western choices. Room with small kitchen but not using it. No bottle of mineral water provided as warm & cold water dispenser just located nearby & outside the room, very convenient, unlimited supply of water.

The location is good. Staff were friendly and serviced oriented. The cleanliness was fine.
The dining hall was rather cramped - the seats were too close to one another. Preferably to allocate a smoking dining zone.
The facility (sauna) was under service.

The staff were very humble and nice.
I am very dissapointed that when i booked it stated as 3 pax in a room however when we reached it was 2 different rooms and not next to each other but had a corner separation.And the pool is not like what is shown in the booking app,1.6metre is really not a safe depth for people who is shorter,standard is 1.4 or 1.5metres.There was no shampoo filled in the bottle ,no toilet parer,the shower handle was broken
