very easy to access the mall, comfortable and the staff is very friendly

The hotel look new and vibe is so calm.
Need to improve in room cause smell of paint is too strong and put some refreshing might be help to stay the room smell fresh.

Excellent Service: The staff members were the highlight of the stay. They were very accommodating and treated guests with a high level of respect.
Poor Value for Money: At SGD 54, the price felt too high given the small size of the room and the quality of the facilities.
Maintenance Issues (Room 503):
Poor Renovation: The finishes from the recent renovation were badly done and looked unprofessional.
Window Gap: There was a visible gap in the window structure.
Noise Disturbance: A persistent "thumping sound" near the window at night made it difficult to rest.
