Overall ok. room are clean n tidy. staff friendly
Toilet ok but a bit dirty with old stain. maybe with cleaning with some bleach can make it better

The room was clean,spacious,staff was friendly and helpful.Had my massage done in my room.Massage therapist was skillful really help to release my aching body.Glad to try the Prana Luxury Massage set for 2pax.
Corridor carpet could be more cleaner. Room windows should be sealed so no mosquitoes could slit in the room.

Near by grand batam
we went down at 7.30am and the food was gone. waited almost 30 minutes and they served noodles that were cooked with only soy sauce. while the dining area was dirty and messy.
