Easy to get to and close to restaurants
Stairs were a little tough for my 91 year old father in law but we knew of the stairs before we signed up

Nicely decorated unit with lots of dishes. Also very quiet Bosch dishwasher. Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shop!
Road nearby is busy until about 9 p.m. then it really quiets down. Could use new light and fan in shower part of the upstairs bathroom. Bed has crinkly mattress cover but very comfortable.
