Excellent position for grocery shops, bars & restaurants, And very peaceful area. Great views from balcony or the solarium And a bonus was the included parking in the basement garage.. very tight space to park in, but I'm used to left hand drive & much bigger vehicles, I did hire a Fiat 500, but got a free upgrade to an Audi A1, anything bigger & you wont get it in the space
Coming home.. I reinstalled 1 of the toilet roll holders but the ensuite one was missing, as was the hairdryer, but the office gave us the one pictured in the box on the sink unit

very nice apartment in the seventh floor, very well equipped with everything you might want, even for a longer stay. Direct view to the sea and a very nice balcony for eating or just relaxing. The apartment has its own parking lot in the garage - a bit tight for big cars but no problem for experienced drivers. The apartment even has exclusive access to the roof providing sufficient space for a family BBQ. Very close to the apartment are several supermarkets and a parking location for e-bike/e-scooter to rent which allows to get to the old town in 5 minutes.
the air condition basically only allowed on/off - no temperature or time control possible.
