Casa Del Angel 2, Cosy 2 bed apartment,150m from Playa Los Locos plus beautiful swimming pool

Lokalizacja Super, blisko do plaży, sklepy też niedaleko. Kontakt z właścicielem natychmiastowy, wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo bogate. Pomoc od Pani Agaty w tzw. miejscówkach, restauracjach nieoceniona. Klimatyzacja bardzo wydajna. zamykany dziedziniec na którym był basen dla mieszkańców i najemców. Miejsca dużo, ludzi mało. Byliśmy w czerwcu i było dość luźno z parkowaniem. Targ w Torrevieja w piątek obowiązkowo. POLECAMY!!!

We stayed at this apartment as a family of four from June 11th to 19th and had a great time. The apartment is really pretty, clean, and spacious, with everything you need already in place. There's air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Only downside in terms of equipment: just 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol were provided. The location is excellent, only about 150m from Los Locos beach, and roughly a 20-minute walk along the beach promenade to Cura beach.

A couple of minor things worth mentioning: the apartment is quite sound-sensitive. It's in a quiet area, but noise from the street or other residents in the building can be heard quite clearly in the main bedroom, which also gets very bright in the morning. This will likely only bother light sleepers. One thing to note: when we booked, the listing mentioned a pool view, which wasn't actually the case for this apartment. We mentioned this and were told the owners have another apartment in the building that does have the pool view — likely a mix-up in the listing description. Also worth knowing: the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up 😊 Overall, a lovely apartment in a great location, would recommend!
