Palangre Beach Apartment

El apartamento en sí tiene mucho potencial, por amplitud, luminosidad y la buena ubicación.....tiene dos terrazas y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón, que se agradece mucho por el calor que hacía en Torrevieja. ...una lástima cuidarar ciertos detalles.....

El mobiliario del salón es muy bonito y práctico pero el sofá tenía el brazo roto y una pata/rueda de la mesita que lo acompaña estaba rota y se salía al moverla un poco....el baño bien pero le faltaba una limpieza más profunda en la parte baja de los azulejos de la ducha .... En las habitaciones en cuánto hay luz solar te tienes que levantar de la cama porque no tiene persianas para dejarla a oscuras. En el salón faltaba una cortina porque estaba quitada (estaba rota) en la terraza de la zona de la cocina y quitaba intimidad .

Algunas cosas de limpieza, pero nada que afectara el viaje, ni la comodidad que brindaba el piso

Clean, modern apartment close to the beach, with several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy to access using a key safe, and a lift. Plenty of kitchen essentials, and no shortage of hot water. Overall, the apartment was quite spacious, with ample room for 4 people, as well as a corner balcony for enjoying the warm evenings.

There's no dedicated parking, so it's necessary to park on the street. It can be tricky to find a space, although during our 4 nights there we did always manage to do so within about 100 metres.

The apartment was quite spacious and had comfortable beds. The apartment is very close to the beach (5 minutes walk) and lots of supermarkets and restaurants. There is a bar directly below which didn't bother us much as we went to bed quite late but the bar is open until 1am.

The apartment had a password on the door which could be annoying when it didn't work. The sofa in the living room should have been in the trash heaps long ago along with the coffee table. No instructions regarding trash and how to get rid of it. It is very noisy between apartments. It should have been mentioned that the balcony needed to be drained of water due to the air conditioning. A message from someone in the building was posted in the elevator that the water needed to be drained from the air conditioning, otherwise the police would be called. The socket in the smaller bedroom is in a bad place where you have to move the bed away from the wall to get to it. There could be more wine glasses, coffee cups and teaspoons in the apartment. We found the bread knife in the oven after about a week. There should be extra bed linen and towels due to a longer stay.
