設備が揃っていたことと、綺麗であったこと。 部屋の数も多く、大人数でしたが広々楽しめました！ 内装もおしゃれで気分が上がりました。
特になしです。 強いて言うなら歯磨き粉がついてたらいいなと思いました。不便はなかったです。

鍵の受け渡しなどは全く問題無かったです。
清掃が今一つでした。室内の廊下、部屋などを雑巾で拭きまくりました。掃除機もあったのですが、ゴミがたまったままで、とても使えなかったです。洗濯機もあったのですが、洗濯槽が汚いから使えないと娘が嘆いていて、コインランドリーまで行きました。
