The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful.

My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience.

Hotel Wakamizu is absolutely incredible! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. And the town of Takarazuka is a hidden gem.
