コーヒーやジュース飲み放題、お風呂上がりのアイスなど嬉しいサービスがありました。お部屋は綺麗で、お風呂も気持ち良かったです。お風呂のトラブルがありましたが、帰りに改めて謝罪とお土産まで頂きました。対応がしっかりされてるのが良かったです。
お食事の時丁寧に接客して貰いましたが、蓋を置く際に雑だったり、時間が無いのか食器を下げタイミングが早くゆっくりでき無い感じでした。

スタッフの方は愛想も良く料理も美味しくお部屋も綺麗でお風呂も気持ちよく最高の宿でした。

The hotel looks beautiful from outside. I also like the color of my yukata. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurants they recommended were very tasty.
There's noooooooooo curtains in my room so i got woken up early in the moring. I am not quite a fan of the outdoor onsen 'coz it looked a bit dirty.
