I liked that we had everything we needed. It was clean and the person was kind enough to arrange an early check-in which helped us enjoy the city without the luggage, since we were able to leave it there.
The fact that you can't really open the windows and I think if you manage to, there is no net, so insects could easily get in. Also in the bathroom, after you shower there is an issue with the floor since it gets pretty wet everywhere and if you want to just use the toilet later, you'll get your feet wet unless you wait a while for the floor to dry.

Calm place (no noise at all !) Literally the best location you can find Feels like a safe neighbourhood Easy to access Spacious bedroom ! (kitchen & bathroom are okay too) Almost everything you need : forks, knives, plates, table, bed, washing machine, sink, fridge ...
No wifi yet No microwave Hard to make the electronic appliance work (had to find different power outlet) Almost none of the power outlets were tucked in the wall properly The shower was modern but flooded the whole bathroom when used
