Reset Apartment

Absolutely excellent experience. Everything was very well organised from the beginning. I arrived quite late, at around 9 PM, but everything had already been prepared for me. The owner provided clear instructions and the key was safely available using a code, so the whole check-in process was extremely easy and stress-free. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The space is actually much bigger than it appears in the photos and feels like a little oasis of relaxation, with a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and all the necessary facilities. I only stayed for a very short time, but I was genuinely impressed by how well equipped and thoughtfully prepared the property was. The location is another huge advantage. It is right in the centre of Cluj, with easy access to public transport and everything the city centre has to offer, yet the accommodation itself is surprisingly quiet and away from the noise. You get the convenience of staying right in the heart of the city without sacrificing peace and comfort. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and provided all the information I needed. Everything was exactly as it should be. A very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped place in an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My wife and myself had a wonderful stay in the heart of Cluj-Napoca at Reset Apartment, located right in Piața Unirii, one of the best locations in Cluj-Napoca. The apartment is ideally situated in the very centre of the city, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, cafés and beautiful historic buildings. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The central location made it particularly convenient for exploring the city on foot, while the atmosphere of Piața Unirii added a special charm to our visit. We appreciated the comfortable accommodation and the convenient access to everything Cluj has to offer. It was a great choice for our visit, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in a fantastic central location! The host accepted to accommodate our luggages after checking out to allow us extra time to explore the attractions.

An amazing apartment with all needed amenities and comfort! It had everything that one might need for a week stay!

It is exactly in the city center facing the nicest view of the city. Step out on the gate and everything is within 1 minute walking distance: bars, shops, bus station, highlights of the city. We stayed 1 week there and had an amazing time. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had the touches of a very welcoming host even though we never met them in person. The beds were very comfortable. The bedsheets were crispy fresh. The room was quiet. We could rest perfectly at any time of the day and night. The kitchen had everything that one might need during the stay. The host was kind enough to provide us with bottled water, enough coffee for a week, tea. The inner courtyard offers a nice outside sitting area which is cool enough during the hot summer time. The host was very kind and helpful while during our stay when we needed support! I can only recommend the place! For sure we will come back next time also!
