1. The staffs are very helpful.
2. The room is very clean.
My room have a weird smell. I did ask the staff to clean the room and the smell didn't go away. So, I'm not sure whether it is the wood smell or not but overall it's worth money.

The family room are the 1 and only we stay both bed big.
The airconditioner didnt that cold.
The cleaner a bit noisy can clearly listen from inside room.

very good and strategic. worth money. recommended👍👍👍The hotel was only opened two weeks ago. The lift is still not functioning, so guests have to use the stairs.
I feel uncomfortable with the cabinet table being placed there. It has sharp edges and is not suitable for households with active children under five years old. I had to place a thick cloth over it to protect my child from injury.

It is brand new. Bed is comfy! The glass window and door to Balcony makes it look wide. Location is superb if you want to go to Gaya Street Night Market. Attached behind Watson, Pasar Malam is depan Watson.
The smell of the paint and unfinished ‘cleaning’ in the bathroom. The not-working lift. We have baby and OKU son, room at level 2. Argh! And no pin location in Google Map yet, hard to find. Call the staff but not really helpful.
