    Aidil is very helpful and make the stay relax and confortable. The hotel provide airport transfer which informed by the staff. Will come back for another visit

    when you step in the lift may direct proceed to level 2, will meet the 2 young friendly and lovely staff called Nicole and Fika. they are excellent in communication with customer and willing to solve problems with prompt response . The overall of the room is clean and tidy.

    If you are local sabahan with family looking for a hotel in District KK area, this Hotel might not for you. To be honest, its totally suitable for tourist only. Pros:- - near to everything. Food?bank?groceries store?mall?drug store?night market? All walking distance -staff very friendly & attentive -internet quite decent. Can watch netflix/youtube with no lagging. Cons:- - its near to everything so its bit noisy. -if you off everything (lights,socket,tv and all) except the airconditioning, the aircond might auto off and not functioning. -room too small. -elevator too small Summarize:- i think it would be perfect if the prize below rm130/nights. That’s where it price should be in my opinion as local. But for tourist, solo,couple traveller.this hotel is for you. The location is very convenient.

    First of all i want to say the pictures in Agoda has been edited. The actual room is not as nice. Moreover the room is not so clean. There are stains on the bedsheet and comforter. The walls between the rooms are quite thin so you can hear the neighbors talking. The only good thing is the location which is right next to Gaya Street and walking distance to Suria Sabah mall.
