    We booked a room with 2 queen beds for a one-night stay and had a very pleasant experience. The room was super clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked really well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Imago Mall. which made it easy for us to go shopping and find places to eat. We also loved the beautiful and welcoming décor at the entrance area outside our room. It gave the place a cosy and pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived The only downside was that although the toilet was clean, there was an unpleasant smell, and we were not sure where it was coming from. There was also no mirror in the room, which would have been useful, especially when getting ready. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable, good value for money, and highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

    Plus points: great location near Imago Mall, attentive staff, room equipped as promised in write-up, hot shower with decent water pressure. Negative points: 5 steps up to lift (not good for heavy bags or people with mobility issues - thank God the guy at the front desk helped carry our bags, bug problem (rectified quickly), no spoons for coffee maker (rectified quickly), bathroom needs full shower stall and not half stall, clothes cupboard shared with coffee maker and coffee cups - they should be moved to the side table where they do not fight with the clothes.

    exceptional stay! however, there is no light refreshments i.e water bottle or tea provided. they also provide a standing steam iron. We had so much fun staying there! the location was perfect, the parking was easy and near, smooth process upon check in. we will definitely stay here again in the future!!

    We had a great stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s within walking distance of Imago Shopping Mall, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!good 👍🏻 nice 👍🏻 next time again 👍🏻
