    I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the condition and location of my room, as my stay has been quite uncomfortable and disruptive. During the night, there was a continuous sound that seemed like dripping water, which was very disturbing and made it difficult for me to fall asleep and get proper rest. More importantly, at around 8:00 AM, I was disturbed by housekeeping activities. I could clearly hear plastic garbage bags being shaken, trolleys being pulled, and staff moving and arranging items. The housekeeping storage area is located directly in front of my room, so the noise was very noticeable and disturbed my sleep. I understand that housekeeping needs to carry out their duties, but I believe these activities should be conducted with greater consideration for guests who are still resting, especially in the early morning. This has significantly affected the quality of my sleep and my overall experience at the hotel. I would appreciate it if the hotel could take this matter seriously, investigate the source of the dripping noise, and address the issue with the housekeeping area and early-morning noise. If I stay at the hotel again, I would also appreciate being assigned a room away from the housekeeping storage area to avoid a similar situation. I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution to this matter.

    The property offers excellent value with a prime location and attentive staff that enhance the overall experience. Facilities are well-maintained, including bathrooms with reliable hot water. While the room size felt a bit cramped and parking was limited, the cleanliness and amenities made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

    Room quite small compared with the nearest hotel but services quite good. Location ok and suitable for those who driving car. I'm recommend it because overall comfortable.
