Great location - super quiet in the countryside. Comfy place with enough basic kitchen equipment to cook. Great internet speed. Nearby Lynmouth is great for evening food, drink and a wander. Easy directions to the house, signs at the gate and lock box to get the key. Would stay again.

Location was amazing down a farm track in the middle of nowhere
The only issue was no phone signal , had to drive a few miles to get reception

Fantastic location and views. Directions to property spot on. Clean, well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi
Could do with a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc. funny odour from bathroom, not sewage or damp. But a barn like smell. Fridge door didn’t want to stay closed. Even without items in the door. To the point the freezer was defrosting. (Also a heatwave, so had to mop up)
