Rock Pipit, Moor and Sea Holidays, five minutes drive to the sea

The location was perfect for us, the meadow walk was a joy . Our chalet was charming with everything we needed, everything had been carefully planned. It was spotless. It was lovely to sit at the table and look through the planting to the fields beyond. Loved trying the different teas.

A bigger dog blanket . The toilet seat has difficulty staying up . Another metal baking tin or tray would be useful.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Really quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was just perfect for us and our 18month old puppy. They have loads of onsite walks in their well kept fields The host are helpful and friendly but left us to enjoy our holiday but are on hand if you need anything. Richard was very informative about things to do in the area. Wonderful location.

De locatie ten opzichte van lynton is prima , achter het huis mooie uitzichten en wandelpaden (ook naar lynton), prima ruimte met wasmachine

Uitzicht is er niet (zie foto). Voortuintje is bizar klein en loopt 25% schuin naar beneden. Geen comfortabel tuinmeubilair met bijbehorende tuin. Locatie ligt aan een drukke weg a39 daardoor voortdurend herrie van verkeer. Lastig om van deze weg via smal steil weggetje bij locatie te komen. Als je buren (luidruchtige) kinderen hebben, wat ons twee keer overkwam is het erg onrustig vooral buiten. Binnen geen comfortabel meubilair. Douche tot op navelhoogte verstelbaar. Bed is smal, staat laag op de grond en loopt schuin af. Weinig plek om spullen, kleding op te bergen. Absoluut veel te klein voor vier personen!! Wc bril is voor zichzelf begonnen (is al eerder aangegeven). Keuken compleet behalve dat een goede koekenpan ontbreekt. Wifi is goed, maar de tv heeft geen zenders
