Such a great value London stay in a very convenient location (tube & overground transport, supermarket, cafes, restaurants on your doorstep) and easy walk to Hyde Park. Nice building in a good area, with balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Very small (bathroom teeny) but cleverly designed to make use of that space. Easy self check in.

Like much of London/England, it is not equipped for hot weather. Being a loft apartment it was unbearably hot. Host did arrange a fan and offered to arrange a portable aircon at an extra undisclosed charge. We decided to try just the fan but wish we had paid the extra given we couldn’t sleep due to the heat! Being such a boutique little room, don’t expect a well equipped kitchen (only 2 *plastic* Wine glasses and no corkscrew meant going and buying our own; limited utensils) Limited space for large suitcases. Better to bring cabin luggage. Lobby door digital lock needs use of key to leverage open the internal door catch which doesn’t retract as it should despite handle turning. Despite the above, it still offers great value for what it is and where it is. Would stay again (outside of a heatwave!).
