Really lovely little studio apartment. Super close to Paddington Station. Nice view from the top floor!
Ahh … stairs were a climb but that did not detract from the location and the amenities!

Fantastic location. Easy access to property. Excellent set up in the apartment with a kitchenette and washing machine full size fridge and very comfortable bed. The weather was very hot during my stay and there was a fan supplied in the room - fantastic. Bathroom was very clean and the size of the apartment was great considering it's London and space is often lacking.
My apartment was on the fourth floor so a lot of stairs, it was manageable but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The windows flipped shut very easily when the blinds were rolled down

You could ask for more from a studio flat at this price point, seconds away from Paddington station. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and plenty of space in the flat. Good communication from the host also.
The key is left in a lockbox with access to keys form all the other rooms on the floor, which from a safety perspective, is not good. Equally, the window catch is broken, and has direct access to the roof, indicating anyone who has access to the building, has the potential to access you room. If the catch is fixed, it would feel much safer.
