Appartamento posto in una altura all'ingresso di marciana e ci si arriva in auto dopouna strada in salita. Silenzioso e accogliente in mezzo al verde. Letti comodi e cucina con tutto il necessario anche se non abbiamo usufruito. Struttura molto pulita. Vacanza in famiglia e siamo stati molto bene.

La posizione è silenziosa e verdeggiante, l'aria condizionata è una salvezza nell'estate rovente, il salone arredato con gusto.
I sanitari sono un problema: l'impianto idraulico è da rivedere. La doccia schizza da tutte le parti, il wc scarica al quinto tentativo, il tubo dello scarico della cucina perde (anche se abbiamo cambiato la guarnizione con l'assistenza del affittuario). Le dotazioni della casa sono minime.

posizione tranquilla, anche la struttura ha buone potenzialità.
Bagni non all'altezza della struttura, poche stoviglie, attrezzatura per la cucina scarsa, potenziamento elettrico con più KW in quanto se accendi il boiler dell'acqua calda non accendi le piastre a induzione altrimenti rimani al buio
