Kind staff, beautiful hotel, good breakfast. We didn't use the pool as it was cold outside, but the hotel looks gorgeous. Room was lovely, we had everything we needed. It was amazing that we could leave our luggage in the storage room after check-out as reception works 24/7.
None. Everything was amazing.

The design was very nice. The neighbourhood was calm and the hotel was close to major points by taxi. The staff was very helpful and communicative.

We totally booked 3 nights, 2 nights just arrived Tashkent and 1 night before leaving. Hotel is boutique style and the decoration is nice and decent. Rooms are not spacious but good enough to open up 4 luggages. Breakfast is buffet style, various choices including local food. There is a small open swimming pool, no swim but good to take a rest at the pool side under the shade.
Not too many complaints, but a few comments: (1) the name of this name Old Tashkent Heritage is very easy to confuse with Old Tashkent (same company but in a few minutes drive distance); (2) make sure the switches and lamps of “clean room” “do not disturb” are working properly.
